The Prime Cuts Restaurant was founded in 2007 by Stephen Dillon, long-time chef and restaurateur, and lover of a great steak and lobster. What better place than Aberdeen, Scotland - being the home of Aberdeen Angus beef and North Sea lobster - to open this unique steak and lobster venue. The restaurant is themed as an old fashion New York Steak and Lobster House with a modern and stylish feel.
'What's a great Steak without a great Wine?' Stephen prides himself on working hard to provide a great selection of wines, as well as a range of single malt whisky, keeping in the great local tradition. The Prime Cuts use Scottish local ingredients. From seasonal neeps and tatties to sumptuous local cheese, Head Chef Kelly blends Scottish traditional recipes with a modern touch.

The Prime Cuts restaurant offers 4 highly adaptable private dining rooms furnished to the highest standard. These rooms range in size to cater for parties from 4 to 30 people, depending on layout. All suites benefit from natural daylight and are fully equipped to meet all of your requirements.
