Nuts & Bolts of Business

Personal effectiveness and time management are a matter of choice. You can choose to be efficient or disorganised. Effective people choose to focus and concentrate on their highest value tasks that contribute the most value to their life and business. At this Nuts & Bolts workshop, led by Jo Adams of Jo Adams consulting, you will have the opportunity to try out techniques and identify strategies for improving your personal effectiveness. This session is for busy people who want to improve their skills to create a healthy, productive work environment for self and team. 9.30am for 10.00am - 1.00pm followed by a buffet lunch.
