A brief sponsored dip in the chilly North Sea to raise money for charity. Take part singly or in teams. Many wear Fancy Dress.
A fantastic way to blow away the Christmas cobwebs, have some fun and raise money for local good causes.
Spectators are encouraged to come along and cheer on the hardy souls.
The Lord Provost, accompanied by a piper, will lead the participants to the icy waters at around 10.30am.
Ticket Information: Registration £5 - but this is a chartiy event and Dippers are expected to seek sponsorship as well.
Pre-registration (details here: http://www.aberdeen-lions.org.uk) strongly recommended as the Dip will not be delayed for late registrations.
